The former Last Hotel at 1501 Washington Avenue is being converted into a Hyatt Centric. The building closed in March 2025 as The Last Hotel and sold in March 2026 to Singh Investment Group for $14 million. The conversion to Hyatt Centric Downtown St. Louis is in progress; the hotel is not open yet.
